Friends, one of the absolute worst of the worst religious hoax, played on untaught, uninstructed "Church Members" is the religious hoax that explains, that if one becomes a Christian, they become immune from sickness or disease, poverty; first of all, it invites sinners to become Christians under false pretences. It invites sinners to view Christianity as a religious insurance scheme, and above this, it's not true. It's just the complete opposite of what the scripture teach, when one becomes a Christian, one's troubles, really just begin. Why? Because you are now for the first time, able to discern right from wrong, good from evil, and then you are able to make wise choices between the two, between the good the better and the best. Becoming a Christian is the easy part, living the Christian life is hard, in fact it's impossible. You can no more live the Christian life, as you can live the life of your favorite singer, actor or relative, that's virtually impossible. Listen, you can't even live the life that you want to live in the body you have now. How many times have I disappointed myself, have you disappointed yourself? There was only one person who ever lived the Christian Life on Earth, just one, the Lord Jesus Christ. Why, because he was the only one that was good through and through. He was the only one that was ever born that The Father spoke from heaven and said this is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. He didn't say that about me when I was born, and he didn't say that about you. The only person that could and did keep the first and greatest commandment, thou shall love the Lord thy God, with all thy soul with all thy mind. with all thy strength; and the second is like unto it, thou shall love thy neighbor, as thyself. Now you tell me, who has ever done this, one hundred percent, not just once in a while, not just for the last 20 years, not for the last 5 years, but who has ever lived up this perfect standard every moment, of every day, of every week, of every month, of every year?
