One of the most subtle and sinister assaults that Satan has made against the Church has been his assault against the godly man. Over the past several decades, there has been a drastic shift in how manhood is perceived in the public eye. Once respected and honored, masculinity is now seen as chauvinistic and unintelligent.

This degradation of man's God given character has even infiltrated the church. "Christians" today have joined hands with the world in deriding the biblical idea of manhood-dumbing him down and relegating him to nothing more than a joke. The confident man of integrity, dignity, wisdom, masculinity, and leadership has been replaced with the witless man of stupidity, corruption, perversion, femininity, and aimlessness.

The primary reason for this shift, no doubt, is the result of the radical feminist movement. What are the ramifications of this widespread demonization of biblical manhood? Will God's plans and purposes for His Church be accomplished without the strong man of God? How does this affect the generation of boys and young men to follow? This is a crucial issue that absolutely must be addressed.

The God ordained honor and dignity that man once held is a faded relic of the past; nevertheless, God always retains for Himself a remnant. May the Lord grant grace to His men that they might reflect His glory more clearly in this dark world.
